REQUIREMENTS

• Male/Female

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SPA, Salon, or Hospitality

• Supervisor/Team Leader experience is a plus

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Customer-service oriented and able to handle complaints

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible

• Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

• Willing to be placed in Canggu / Renon

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily SPA operations

• Lead and manage therapists & staff

• Ensure services meet SOP and quality standards

• Handle customer needs and complaints

• Manage staff schedules and task allocation

• Monitor cleanliness, inventory, and SPA readiness

• Prepare operational reports and team evaluations

• Support sales targets and customer satisfaction

SALARY

Basic salary + Target bonus

REQUIREMENTS

• Male/Female

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SPA, Salon, or Massage Therapy

• Skilled in massage techniques and body treatments

• Knowledge of reflexology is a plus

• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible

• Good communication skills

• Willing to be placed in Canggu / Renon

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform massage treatments, reflexology, and body treatments

• Ensure service quality meets SPA SOP and standards

• Provide professional and friendly customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure SPA readiness

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable treatments

• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction

SALARY
