We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two luxury vessels, ZEN and DHONI, ensuring exceptional guest experience, efficient vessel operations and strong team coordination.   WE ARE HIRING: OPERATIONAL MANAGER Luxury Liveaboard | Based in Bali, Indonesia Open to Indonesian and international applicants. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily vessel and shore based operations across two vessels. • Ensure high standards of guest service and safety. • Organize supplies, purchasing, transfers, and cruise logistics. • Monitor maintenance, repairs, and vessel readiness. • Keep permits and operational documents up to date. • Report directly to the Director on operations, budgets, maintenance, and team performance. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years of experience in the liveaboard industry. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role. • Ability to coordinate vessel and shore-based teams. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Currently living in Bali. We do not consider candidates who would need to relocate. • Looking for a long term position. This is not a seasonal or short term role. • Available to work on site during cruises and maintenance periods. ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE • Bahasa Indonesia. • Divemaster or Dive Instructor certification. • Knowledge of marine engines and vessel maintenance. • A background in hospitality or resort management. • Familiarity with maritime documentation and shipping regulations.
